Every venue differs in camera placement, load-in, and access. The rate above is the starting quote for every booking — these adjustments apply only when they genuinely do, named up front rather than added as a surprise.
A standard 4-hour club booking at $800/hr = $3,200 base. The same booking at a rooftop venue needing a 4th camera and complex load-in: $3,200 + (4hrs × $85/hr) + $200 flat = $3,740. Naming the add-ons up front reads as professional scoping, not a surprise upcharge.
Faster final-edit turnaround for multicam bookings, priced as a surcharge on the total booking cost. Standard delivery is included at no extra charge — rush tiers apply only when a client needs the finished edit sooner.
Applies to Multicam Full Set, Multicam Full Set + Photo, Multicam Short Form, and Multicam Short Form + Photo only — single-cam and photo-only edits don't carry the same post-production load.
A 4-hour Multicam Full Set booking at $800/hr = $3,200 base, delivered on the standard 7-day timeline, has no surcharge. The same booking needing a 48-hour turnaround adds +50% ($1,600) for a total of $4,800 — before any complexity adjustments above.
